These terms apply to amiethompson.com and the tools and guides offered on it. The site is operated by Optiva Solutions Group, LLC ("I," "me"). By using the site or buying a guide, you agree to these terms. If you have questions, email hello@amiethompson.com.
Educational use only
The articles, guides, frameworks, Sales Confidence Assessment, and other tools on this site are for education. They aren't legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice. Your results depend on your business and your decisions. For advice about your specific situation, talk with a qualified professional.
Guide purchases
What you're buying. Paid guides are digital downloads delivered by email after purchase. Checkout and delivery are handled by Kit, which has its own terms and privacy policy.
No refunds. All sales are final. Because guides are digital products available right after purchase, I don't offer refunds, whether or not you download the guide, except where the law requires it.
Your license. When you buy a guide, you can use it for yourself and your own business. You can't share, resell, republish, or distribute it, in whole or in part, or post it anywhere others can access it.
My content and frameworks
The content on this site belongs to me, including articles, guides, frameworks, assessments, and designs. This includes the Six Foundations of Sales Confidence™, Idea to Income, the Visibility Alignment System, and the CLEAR Framework. You're welcome to share links to any page. You can quote short passages if you credit Amie Thompson and link to the source. Anything beyond that needs my written permission.
Using the site
Please don't misuse the site. That includes trying to access other people's information, disrupting how the site works, or submitting spam through the forms.
Links to other sites
The site links to other websites and tools, including Kit and research sources. I'm not responsible for their content or practices.
Limits of liability
The site and everything on it are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Optiva Solutions Group, LLC isn't liable for any indirect or consequential damages from using the site, the tools, or the guides. If I'm found liable for anything, my total liability is limited to the amount you paid me for the product in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.
Privacy
How I collect and use information is explained in the Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
If I change these terms, I'll update the effective date at the top of this page.
